• Enquiries: name, email, telephone, message and necessary technical data, to answer and take pre-contractual steps.
• Security: IP, logs, session and browser information, under our legitimate interest in protecting the website.
• Analytics: browsing data via Google Analytics, only with consent.
• External services: Google Maps only with consent; Google reCAPTCHA protects the form from spam.

3. Recipients and transfers

Authorised staff and necessary hosting, email and security providers may access data. Google may process data in the US or elsewhere under an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

• enquiries: normally up to 3 years after the last contact unless law or a dispute requires longer;
• security logs: up to 12 months, except incidents;
• cookie choice: 6 months;
• Analytics: according to account settings and no longer than statistically necessary.
